About this collection

Almost 15 million Europeans under the age of 30 are unemployed, and yet not in school or in training.  You can think of it one midsized European country of jobless youth.  In some member states, well over half of the 18-24 cohort is unemployed.  In Europe it seems the main casualties of the global downturn  have been the young.
