CEO goes to jail for peanut conspiracy

As the Wall Street Journal reports, Bank of America shareholders voted Tuesday to keep Brian Moynihan in both roles, a decision that some critics argue is problematic given that one of the chairman’s main responsibilities is to oversee the CEO.
